Where we operate

Based in Curicó, serving Chile

Axtrivora is headquartered in Curicó, in the Maule Region. Our audit engagements cover construction and real estate development projects across Chile's central and southern regions, with capacity to work with firms in other areas depending on project scope.

Geographic coverage

Regions where we conduct audit engagements

Our work is primarily on-site, which means geographic proximity matters. We have structured our operations to serve the regions with the highest concentration of active real estate construction projects.

Metropolitan Region
Santiago and its surrounding municipalities represent the largest concentration of real estate construction activity in Chile. We work with firms in the Metropolitan Region on a project-by-project basis.
O'Higgins Region
Rancagua and the broader O'Higgins Region have an active real estate construction sector. We cover this region regularly and maintain familiarity with its municipal permit processes and local regulatory environment.
Biobío Region
Concepción and the Biobío Region represent a significant construction market. We extend our audit services to this region for firms whose project scope warrants on-site engagement.
Other regions
For construction firms operating in other regions of Chile, we evaluate coverage on a case-by-case basis depending on project scope, duration, and logistics. Contact us to discuss your specific situation.
Remote audit components
Portions of our audit methodology — including document review, report preparation, and review sessions — can be conducted remotely, which extends our effective coverage for firms in more distant locations.
On-site methodology

How we structure our on-site audit work

The on-site component of our audit involves direct observation of how teams communicate and coordinate in their actual working environment. We do not rely exclusively on documentation or interviews — we observe the physical and digital spaces where information moves.

This includes attending coordination meetings, reviewing how shared systems are actually used versus how they are supposed to be used, and observing handoff moments between teams. These observations cannot be replicated remotely.

The number of on-site days required depends on the complexity of the project and the number of teams involved. We discuss this during the initial consultation and structure the engagement accordingly.
